I have been a psychologist and therapist for many years. Many sessions, I see myself more of a life coach,
helping clients to own their inner strengths and use their inner resources to untangle life problems.
Early in my career, I understood ” to work in your passion means you will never work a day in your life.” Personal growth is a passion, as is helping others grow and learn to cope with bumps in the road. Greeting challenges continues to be a blueprint for apparently most of us in these times.
Having survived a life-threatening health issue myself 2 years ago, new paths have been forged. I would like to share survival thoughts and coping techniques with more people than only those who sit in my office. The internet is the obvious choice for expanding client bases and reaching new audiences.
Helping others is very rewarding. Thus, adapting to change, increasing coping skills, and personal growth are the underlying themes of this blog. I have been truly blessed to “Make Better Lemonade,” and I gratefully ski down another mountain to share whatever insights I have, and hopefully learn from my readers. I always warn my clients, I receive far more than I ever give.
